A prominent public service broadcaster in London seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to influence strategic projects and advise senior leaders. The role involves autonomous project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making amidst industry trends. Ideal candidates will possess substantial experience in strategy development and strong communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary and flexible working conditions.
LOCATION: London – 3 working days in the office with the remainder hybrid working
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £65,000 - £75,000 inclusive of London weighting depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

The Strategy team helps the BBC define its future and develop a plan for getting there. It acts as an independent advisor to the leadership of the BBC, enabling senior leaders to develop creative and practical ideas for how the BBC and its services should evolve. The team is part of the Group Strategy & Transformation division, with the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer sitting on the BBC’s Executive Committee.

We are a creative, innovative team drawing on data, insight and information to help advise senior BBC leaders on how the BBC’s content and services should evolve. We help the organisation to evaluate trade-offs and choices where the answer isn’t highly obvious.
