Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service roles is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical service issues.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and commission Water Chillers.
• Provide technical support and top-tier customer service.
• Complete documentation in line with the reporting process.

Skills

Proven experience in the service engineer role within the air conditioning industry

Understanding of relevant technical documents

Recognised HVAC qualification: NVQ level 2 or equivalent

Electrical and controls experience

F-GAS 2079 Cat 1 qualification

Education

NVQ level 2 or equivalent

Tools

Chillers, DX, Split & VRV systems

AHUs & ventilation plant
