A financial technology company in Brighton is seeking an Account Sales Team Leader to manage a high-performing team. This hybrid role focuses on driving growth and retention for a portfolio of SME customers. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, particularly in financial services or B2B environments, and should be data-driven. This is a hybrid role. The Account Sales Team works from our Brighton office 3 days a week.
As an Account Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Sales Managers responsible for driving growth and retention across a portfolio of high-value SME customers.
This is a commercial leadership role with real ownership. You’ll be accountable for customer spend growth, team performance, and continuously improving how we serve and scale our most valuable accounts.
You’ll coach, challenge, and develop your team while using data, insight, and experimentation to improve results — not just maintain them.
