Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CITB & IOSH Tutor. The tutor will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging and interactive CITB and IOSH training sessions to a diverse range of learners. This includes creating course materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate documentation. The tutor will stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure that training content remains relevant and up-to-date, while promoting a culture of safety and compliance in training delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in delivering CITB and IOSH training programs and related certifications
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices, particularly within the construction and related industries
• Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and engaging adult learning techniques
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional training environment
• Relevant qualifications in health and safety, education, training, or a related field (e.g., CITB & IOSH Trainer Approval, teaching qualifications)
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage responsibilities in a remote setting
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms and software is a plus
