As a Customer Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for our existing customers in EMEA. This isn’t a traditional sales role, instead, you’ll be the champion of long-term success, guiding customers beyond API management toward broader digital strategy alignment.
You’ll build strong, consultative relationships and work cross-functionally to ensure customers are realising maximum value from Gravitee’s platform, while uncovering opportunities to deepen the partnership.
