In this role, you’lldesign and sell bespoke itineraries that reflectIntrepid’scommitment to Sustainable, Experience-Rich Travel.
You’llwork closely with our DMC partners, suppliers, and travel agent partners to ensure competitive pricing, timelyconfirmations, and high-quality service standards. You’llsupport direct travelers, co-branded partners, and travel agents across the UK and EU, helping create journeys that truly stand out.
This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone with a strong background in travel sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creatingpersonalised, memorable experiences.
You’llbe confident juggling multiple priorities, responding to leads across phone, email, and live chat, and ensuring every itinerary is booked accurately and efficiently.
This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role, based in London, with an expectation to be in the office 2 days per week. During theinitialfour-week trainingprogramme, you will be office-basedfull timetobenefitfrom classroom-style learning and peer shadowing.
