Qualifications

  • Previous experience in HR & Payroll within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in employee relations issues, recruitment, and payroll cycles.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, referencing, and probation processes.
  • Manage contracts, new starter packs, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Act as a Super User for Time & Attendance system, handling payroll cycles.
