Driving Licence and Vehicle is desirable

Having a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Promoting a safety culture and ensuring the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
• Managing the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget
• Ensuring the cleaning operation continually improves
• Managing engagement and effective performance of the Cleaning team
• Ensuring the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation meet client service level agreements and company procedures
• Managing any third‑party suppliers or contractors as required, ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements

Our Ideal Facilities Manager Will

• Have 12 months’ experience managing a cleaning operation
• Show proven ability to develop business through sound negotiation, change management, strategic decision making and ‘out of the box’ thinking
• Deliver quality customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Exhibit excellent financial management skills, especially in preparing and monitoring detailed budgets and cash flow projections
• Display analytical and problem‑solving skills and meet time‑sensitive deadlines
