Job summary

A leading health and social care firm in England seeks a Business Development Team Leader to generate new sales leads and manage team operations. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong ability to meet sales targets and have experience in team leadership. Key responsibilities include creating sales appointments, managing prospects within CRM systems, and leading the BD team. Qualifications

  • Demonstrable ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Create quote appointments targeted at 40 per month.
  • Manage BD team day-to-day operations and performance.
  • Investigate and research prospects for the CRM system.
  • Develop new sales leads for the Business Solutions products.
