## Onboarding and Experience PlannerOnboarding and Experience Planner**Location****Salary from £44,000 + Benefits**The Onboarding and Experience Planner will be responsible for supporting the Onboarding and Experience Manager and the SPD Management team to create and implement a seamless onboarding and early learning experience for applicable new employees, with a view to recruits being able to add value to the Licence quickly. Focussed on initial 6 months, but will be capable of working with stakeholders to outline and set in motion a typical first 2y.The role is critical to the implementation and success of SPD’s workforce renewal and growth plans, specifically delivering an efficient centralised early learning process for high volumes of ‘bulk role’ recruits. general operations with tasks including Consult with and provide support to line managers on the onboarding and early learning process Experience in a role that’s been responsible for understanding and organising others learningStrong organisation and planning skills. Presentation and facilitation skills Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across all channels to create standardised onboarding content and deliverablesDemonstrated business acumen and analytical skills for effective and efficient problem solving Ability to work in a fast-paced, reactive environment Ability to deliver to challenging performance metrics and conflicting goals other benefits.
