Parts Advisor – Cardiff (CF11)

£27,500 pa + bonus (OTE £33,000 pa)

Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings

We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join the Parts Department at Renault Cardiff. You’ll be joining a welcoming team in a well‑established main dealership where clear communication, accuracy and supportive teamwork are valued every day.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play an important role in keeping customers and our workshop moving by:

• Serving customers at both the front counter (retail) and back counter (workshop).
• Supporting Technicians with accurate and timely parts supply.
• Managing parts ordering, deliveries, returns and stock control.
• Looking after our parts storage area to ensure everything is safe, tidy and easy to access.
• Using dealership systems such as Kerridge, Autoline or similar platforms.
• Providing product information in a helpful, non‑pressured way.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from people with:

• Previous experience in a parts advisor or automotive parts environment.
• Backgrounds in main dealers, manufacturer‑owned groups, motor factors, trade parts operations or national parts retailers.
• Confidence using automotive parts systems (Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop or similar).
• A calm, helpful and professional approach to customer communication.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

If you have main dealer experience, you’ll be prioritised for interview, though this is not essential.

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30‑minute lunch break)
• 1-in-3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am to 12:30pm (paid at time‑and‑a‑half)
• Basic salary: £27,500 per annum
• Bonus: Achievable, regularly reached OTE of £33,000 per annum
