A leading property management company in Greater London is looking for a part-time Void Management Officer. The role involves managing the turnaround of void properties to ensure they are efficiently re-let. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, ordering repairs, and managing relationships with contractors. The ideal candidate should have experience in property management and be willing to travel extensively across a designated area. A valid UK driving license is required.

Working Hours: 20 hours per week (including paid lunch break)
Role Overview: To manage the turnaround of void (empty) properties ensuring they are re-let efficiently, cost-effectively, and to a high standard. The role involves carrying out inspections, raising repairs, ordering furniture and equipment, tracking and chasing progress and post inspecting completed works to minimise void periods and maximize rental income. The post will cover a large geographical area so extensive travel will be required.
Your duties may vary from time to time within the broad remit of your role and grade. You are required to undertake any such reasonable and appropriate duties.
This role has an “essential travel”requirement. Should you choose to use your own vehicle to meet this requirement, please note that Nacro’s Driving for Work Policyrequires all staff who drive for work purposes to have full business use insurance coverfor their vehicle. Nacro does not reimburse any additional insurance premium costs, as these are already covered within the Inland Revenue mileage expense rate(currently 45p per mile).
