We’re excited to offer two new full-time permanent opportunities for Multiskilled Void Repairs Technicians to join our expanding Voids team. This mobile role covers our property portfolio across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, and surrounding regions.
You’ll be responsible for day-to-day maintenance in void properties, applying technical expertise across three or more trades to deliver high-quality results. You’ll play a vital role in minimising void rent loss by adhering to void standards, ensuring properties are hazard‑free, and completing works efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be based out of our Head Office in High Wycombe and our Stores Room in Chesham for equipment, property packs, and team briefings.
