A property maintenance organisation is seeking a Property Maintenance Helpdesk Administrator in Derby. This role involves resolving repair requests, liaising with contractors, and ensuring efficient service delivery. We have an exciting new opportunity to join Nacro’s national Property Maintenance Helpdesk Team in Derby to contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective repairs and maintenance service across Nacro’s property portfolio.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with sound administrative skills and experience to join the helpdesk team, in processing and monitoring repairs to Nacro’s properties, liaising with Nacro’s operational teams, its contractors and third-party agencies.
