A leading luxury brand company is looking for an e-tail professional in Greater London to enhance online performance across key partners. In this role, you will manage product visibility and storytelling to increase conversion and repeat purchases. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, utilizing data-driven insights for improving customer experience. Ideal candidates will have strong e-tail experience and analytical skills, contributing to a culture of growth and collaboration.

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating Puig’s UK e‑tail performance across key partners, strengthening every step of the online funnel – from visibility and product storytelling through to conversion and repeat purchase. You will co‑create and execute impactful, commercial plans, delivering launches, campaigns, and promotional activity that drive dotcom sales and margin across Puig’s prestige, niche and skincare & wellness brand portfolio.
You will work cross‑functionally with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Marketing, Media, CRM and global brand teams to ensure consistent brand excellence online, while making agile, data‑led decisions to optimise performance and improve the end‑to‑end customer experience.
