Job summary

A leading independent technology provider in the UK is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to oversee and manage service and change delivery across multiple customer accounts. This role includes leading a delivery team, implementing governance models, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Experienced practitioner in IT Service Management.
  • Trained in ITIL, ideally to Expert status.
  • Demonstrate understanding of how IT services fit into customer’s business.

  • Drive improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage performance of internal and partner delivery teams.
  • Support contract management and compliance.
