A CRM marketing expert with ample experience within email marketing, including best‑practice techniques of lead generation to drive acquisition and long‑term engagement’expires. Great communication comes second nature to you and you are confident in supporting multiple business areas and individuals to deliver key projects.

What you’ll do

This role will report to the Head of Digital & CRM and play a crucial(off) role in supporting our partnership journeys at Flagstone through CRM marketing activities driving acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Working as part of a newly formed IFA partnership squad, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Strategy: Setting the communication strategy for Financial Advisers and Wealth Management partners, alongside the squad leadership, and overseeing creation and optimisation of holistic customer journeys.
  • Data: Using data/insight to develop, deliver, and execute targeted partner experiences supporting the commercial goals of Flagstone.
  • Email, SMS & Direct Mail: Creating multi‑channel journeys aimed at driving partner acquisition, as well as driving engagement and LTV from existing clients.
  • Innovation & Martech: Acting as subject matter expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated marketing tools, ensuring the business gets maximum value from the tool including cross‑training squads and teams as appropriate rara
What you’ll bring
  • Growth: Experience in driving growth through lead generation.
  • ESP Experience: Deep understanding of using and maximising value from ESPs (Email Service Providers), with a preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Communication: Ability to contribute to the creation of an effective communications strategy, covering all parts of the client lifecycle from awareness to advocacy.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience of using marketing automation to improve processes and deliver value.
  • Analytics: Strong analytical skills, identifying actionable insights and optimising opportunities through regular reporting to stakeholders.
