Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a market risk function, exposure to capital and market or credit risk practices.
• Strong quantitative understanding of financial products, derivatives and repo.
• Knowledge of counterparty risk metrics and capital.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with risk appetite and risk management standards.
• Develop and deliver a suite of risk metrics to capture Counterparty Credit Risk.
• Engage with the Front Office and Central Risk functions.
• Review and challenge current risk methodologies.
• Prepare risk limit proposals for senior management.

Skills
