Civils Project Coordinator

Location: Brize Norton. Employment Type: Permanent, full-time. Competitive Salary Plus Benefits.

The Civils Project Coordinator is responsible for all preparatory tasks related to project service delivery, including developing program of works, liaising with main and subcontractors, supervising works teams, and overseeing the delivery of electrical system contracts. Responsibilities include compiling RAMs and CDM documentation, ensuring commercial and operational awareness, and promoting company success.

More About the Role
  • Undertaking full and concise site surveys, preparing and submitting accurate works quotations and job engineering.
  • Supervising specialist subcontractors to ensure service provided is as per service level agreement; reporting any issues to the wider team immediately and contributing to problem resolution.
  • Attain regular updates from all Adler and Allan personnel on site whilst works are being undertaken; ensuring all personnel are provided with a full brief of works and ensuring service delivered in a high standard.
  • Preparation of RAMS and CDM documentation to a high standard ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Provide support to any other member of staff as and when required e.g. during holidays.
  • Provide accurate weekly sales KPIs to Department Manager in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Be prepared to provide accurate and timely ad-hoc reports relating to a specific job/works or present a general overview for all on‑going works for which you are responsible for.
  • Carry out any reasonable request by management, for which you are adequately trained.
  • Manage teams of Engineers to ensure work is carried out on time and safely.
  • Liaise with Engineers and subcontractors and carry out site audits as and when required to ensure work is being undertaken to a high standard.
  • Oversee and quote any variations.
  • Ensure stringent KPIs are followed and complied with and reported back to the customer in a timely fashion; monitored by the Department Manager.
  • Communicate with customers and attend face‑to‑face meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure documentation is produced and passed to clients on time.
  • Act as a team member when required and work well independently.
  • Proactively look for continual improvements within processes, templates, and work packages to help the project management function work smarter.
