We are passionately scaling our operations and are looking for a detail-oriented professional to keep our financial records accurate, organised, and up to date.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records, supporting business decisions, and ensuring smooth financial operations. You will work closely with our internal team and external accountants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Transaction Management: Handle the daily entry and maintenance of all financial transactions.
  • Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • AP/AR Management: Efficiently manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments, and conducting supplier statement reconciliation.
  • Inventory & Costing: Maintain accurate inventory and cost records within the accounting system.
  • Payroll & Compliance Support: Assist with payroll preparation and work with external accountants to support compliance (BAS, tax, etc.).
  • Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain clean, organised records in our accounting system and support necessary month-end and year-end closing tasks.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper (experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing is an advantage).
  • Strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping principles.
  • Experienced in using Odoo Accounting (preferred) or similar Accounting/ERP systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with inventory and stock accounting, familiarity with Australian payroll and GST/BAS processes, and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
