We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated team administrator to join Op Courage Treatment Pathway (formerly the Veterans Complex Treatment Service). We are a very friendly team, committed to supporting the needs of veterans and their families. The service offers assessment and treatment to veterans presenting with military attributable complex mental health issues.
The post holder will support the team in the development, management and delivery of intervention across the West Midlands region from an administrative point of view, providing a rare and exciting opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the development of the service. The post will be working in a fast‑paced environment, which requires a calm but proactive approach with the ability to multi‑task whilst being thorough. Telephone calls and enquiries form a large part of the role as does a high volume of standard administrative tasks. Attention to detail is paramount in this post as is the ability to prioritise workload. Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to continue to develop their skills whilst working in this enigmatic and specialist service.

All successful applicants will be required to complete the Trust’s induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e‑learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9‑14 hours depending on post) by the end of your second week with us.
