To help develop, implement and maintain a fit for purpose Legal & Regulatory Compliance Program according to international best practices and the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the Group. To help identify Compliance risks and propose a mitigation plan for the organization, including drafting and implementation of Company policies and procedures. To work in the Group Legal Dept on any Company legal matters, particularly in matters related to Ethics & Compliance. Will be functionally reporting to the Head of Legal & Regulatory Compliance.
