We are looking for a Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. The ideal candidate will mentor a team of engineers and troubleshoot complex network issues. This critical role requires an experienced professional in managing the company's technical infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable IT services that support business operations and growth.
- Manage deployment of network solutions involving Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Juniper, TrendMicro and other relevant technologies.
- Oversee the resolution of escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
- Coordinate with other IT departments and stakeholders to align technical support with broader organizational goals.
- Manage and prioritize technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement technical standards, procedures, and best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the performance of technical support services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the technical team is well-equipped to meet future challenges.
- Deliver services and support within SLA and customer satisfaction targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of related experience.
- Required Certifications: Network+, Security+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation.
- Preferred Certifications: Juniper Networks Certified Associate - Junos (JNCIA-Junos); Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate; CWNP Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA); F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA).
- Expert knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Expertise in DR/BCP planning and implementation.
