About the Job: Coordinates and supervises activities related to plant/clusters, RDS's (Remote Degassing Station), RMS's (Remote Manifold Stations), and Gas CSs (Compression Stations). Supervise the implementation of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance modification, and major shutdown maintenance.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supervise the execution of predictive, preventive, and corrective field facilities activities related to the installation of oil/gas production and injection, water/CO2 injection process facilities equipment, as applicable.
  • Coordinate with drilling department for handover/takeover of wells location and provide rig route.
  • Supervise and control the activities of assigned personnel in the asset to ensure a safe working environment and exercise efficient and optimum operational practices.
  • Ensure and monitor material & stock items for timely inspection and the delivery of operations inventory material.
  • Check and monitor the quality of maintenance activities carried out in wellhead and other equipment in the Asset.
  • Ensure compliance with the operations & injection requirements of the asset whilst achieving optimum Oil and Gas production levels in addition to the planned shutdown activities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

  • 8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in the oil and gas industry.
