Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to establish and grow the brand in the luxury cosmetics market.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic, results-driven sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Partnership Development: Foster and maintain strong relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for market growth within the UAE and potential Middle Eastern regions.
- Sales Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets effectively, and align them with profit objectives.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the brand delivers an exceptional, luxury-aligned customer experience.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to elevate the brand's presence in the UAE market.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience in luxury retail, cosmetics, or a related sector.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the UAE luxury market, including consumer behavior and key retail partnerships.
- Networking: Established relationships with luxury retailers, distributors, and key industry contacts in the region.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
