Job Title: Hospital Manager

We are seeking a Hospital Manager to oversee hospital operations, ensure quality patient care, and lead strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare
• Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
• 5-7 years experience in Hospital or Hospitality Management
• 3 years in people management

1. Set strategic direction and planning aligned with the organization’s vision and mission.
2. Develop standards for non-acute hospital operations based on best practices.
3. Establish goals and standards to support business plans.
4. Optimize use of skills and equipment for efficiency.
5. Support workstreams such as Nursing and Patient Experience to achieve operational success.
6. Drive continuous improvement and manage operational risks.
7. Maintain quality patient care through qualified professionals.
8. Manage communication, service providers, budgets, and change management related to hospital operations.
9. Implement activities aimed at delivering excellent patient outcomes efficiently.
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
11. Promote alignment and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
12. Ensure hospital integration within the organization’s value chain.
13. Support initiatives to strengthen relationships with funders and achieve service provider status.
14. Collaborate on recruitment of clinical and allied health staff.
15. Oversee marketing and patient experience strategies.
16. Lead and manage healthcare disciplines within the portfolio.
