Position/Task Grade: E-band.Department: Human Capital.Business Unit: Human Capital Management.Location: Megawatt Park-Sunninghill.Reporting to Chief People Officer, the General Manager Human Capital Operations will be responsible to lead, develop, implement human capital operations strategies to support the company’s overall mission, vision and strategic objectives, play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining and nurturing top talent while fostering positive and inclusive work culture, collaborating with the relevant executive management and other key stakeholders to help shape the organisation’s human capital policies, practices and initiatives to drive employee engagement, productivity and long-term growth.

• Responsibilities and strategic actions:

• Formulate and implement comprehensive human capital operations strategies
• Align company human capital operations strategies with global trends/best practices.
• Drive the operational alignment of human capital transformation strategies including digitisation.
• Drive organisational change, culture transformation and sound people relations.
• Lead and implement human capital project portfolio initiatives and ensure human capital operations services.
• Drive the control environment including governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.
• Entrench the Eskom values and leadership brand pillars.

• B Degree in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or a
• B Tech in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or
• Advance Diploma in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits

• 10 Years extensive experience in a management position in human capital environment.
