Job Title: Hospital Manager
We are seeking a Hospital Manager to oversee hospital operations, ensure quality patient care, and lead strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare
- Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
- 5-7 years experience in Hospital or Hospitality Management
- 3 years in people management
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic direction and planning aligned with the organization’s vision and mission.
- Develop standards for non-acute hospital operations based on best practices.
- Establish goals and standards to support business plans.
- Optimize use of skills and equipment for efficiency.
- Support workstreams such as Nursing and Patient Experience to achieve operational success.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage operational risks.
- Maintain quality patient care through qualified professionals.
- Manage communication, service providers, budgets, and change management related to hospital operations.
- Implement activities aimed at delivering excellent patient outcomes efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Promote alignment and collaboration among healthcare professionals.
- Ensure hospital integration within the organization’s value chain.
- Support initiatives to strengthen relationships with funders and achieve service provider status.
- Collaborate on recruitment of clinical and allied health staff.
- Oversee marketing and patient experience strategies.
- Lead and manage healthcare disciplines within the portfolio.
