Our Client is seeking a Junior Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team in the fats and oils industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the regional sales plan to achieve revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the Distribution, Food Service, and Manufacturing segments.
  • Build strong customer relationships, provide ongoing service, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Manage and grow existing and Key Accounts while prospecting for new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for accurate forecasting, pallet planning, and stock management.
  • Ensure all credit applications are processed and assist with AR follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, promotions, and industry events.
  • Provide regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and market insights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts, sales and marketing.
  • Must have experience in selling fats and oil in the B2B space.
  • Must have FMCG experience.
  • Keen interest in commercial sales and trading within essential goods (fats, oils, flour, sugar).
  • Basic understanding of sales forecasting, credit processes, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional negotiator and ability to influence.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel.
