As anInternational Recruitment Consultant, and like an entrepreneur, you will manage and develop your own portfolio in the division of your choice. All this on a permanent basis.

Missions:

• Business Development
• Definition of your market possiblyall over Europeand in the industries of your choice
• Prospectionfor new clients: key accounts, SMEs, start-ups… in international markets
• Negotiationof commercial conditions
• Customerrelationship management
• Detection of new opportunities
• Responsibility for thefull recruitment cycle
• Sourcingon internal and external databases and social networks
• Direct approach
• Drafting of advertisements on various job boards
• Videointerviews with candidatesthroughout Europe
• Presentationof the selected candidates to the client

• You already have afirst experienceof at least1 year in 360° functions(BD and recruitment)
• You arepassionateabout the recruiting business
• You aremotivated by challengesand have astrong commercial mindset
• You enjoyteamwork, sharingbest practicesand celebrating individual and collectivesuccesses
• You are alwayslooking to improve your skillsand you are proactive
• Fluent in English, and, ideally, a second European language such as German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish…
