Job summary
A leading business consulting firm in Ireland is seeking a Shopper Marketing Executive for a permanent position based in Dublin, offering a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will manage customer activation plans and oversee in-store promotional materials while analyzing campaign performance. A degree in Marketing along with 1-2 years of relevant experience is required, alongside strong communication and creative skills.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in Shopper or Trade Marketing.
- Knowledge about Point of Sale Activation is required.
- Must have own transport for this position.

AuxiliaGroup Recruitment is currently hiring a Shopper Marketing Executive on behalf of our client, an established company within the FMCG sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin. The role will offer a hybrid working model.
Role:
- The main purpose of this position is to take ownership of the customer activation plan for various clients.
- Manage the creation and delivery of in-store promotional materials (POS), ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work with external agencies and suppliers to develop creative assets and campaign materials.
- Stay up to date with shopper trends, retail innovations, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Qualification to Degree level in Marketing or similar.
- 1-2 years’ experience within a Shopper or Trade Marketing position.
- Knowledge around Point of Sale Activation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Must have own transport for this position.
