We’re looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Platforms team in Middelfart or Aarhus. This role combines practical technical knowledge with the ability to coordinate tasks and follow up on progress, where you’ll combine deep technical knowledge with solid collaboration skills to ensure our hybrid infrastructure supports critical business functions.
You’ll manage cloud initiatives, ensuring smooth execution while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
As a Lead Cloud Engineer, you’ll design and implement cloud solutions, guide vendors in operations, and ensure compliance with security standards. You’ll be a key link between Bunker Holding IT and our outsourcing partners, helping us optimize processes and enhance global partnerships.
We need someone with a holistic approach; someone who understands how systems interconnect and can anticipate the impact of changes across the environment. You’ll combine technical depth with effective coordination skills, working closely with outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to deliver value.
You’ll collaborate with Group IT Solution Architects on secure hybrid solutions, guide vendors in cloud operations, and manage SecOps tasks such as Pentest and Audit findings. Experience working with offshore teams and navigating cultural differences will help you in this role, as we increasingly partner with global vendors.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Cloud services and tools, including Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Networking, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Container Instances (ACI), and Azure Monitor. You should have a solid grasp of DevOps culture and methodologies, particularly in automation, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC) (using Terraform) within the Azure environment.
