What you will do

We have a vacancy for a Reports Analyst joining our team in the Dublin Office. The key focus of the role will be to translate data into meaningful information to be feed to different business units/functions. Developing standard reporting formats highlighting critical information for senior stakeholders. You will also:

  • Identify degradation in equipment performance through data analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Identify performance exceptions and opportunities for future development.
  • Analyse and quantify benefits that are achieved through interventions.
  • Review the Asset Fault Management System (AFMS) for inaccuracies and missing data.
  • Produce the contract Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the ITS and update on a weekly and monthly basis or as requested by the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Complies with all QHSSE Regulations and procedures for this role.
What we are looking for
  • A degree is not required we prioritise applied knowledge and are looking for candidates who can demonstrate real-world success in interpreting and analysing data.
  • Experience of working on similar environment involving data analysis
  • Advanced competency in using MS Office incl. Power BI applications.
  • Confident delivering reports to Senior Management and Leadership teams.
  • Strong communication skills; both spoken and written.
  • High attention to detail.
