Product Owner

We are looking for a strong Product Owner to help drive forward our ServiceNow platform services.

The product owner will be a focal point ensuring standardized approach to this service across Aeven, as well as defining new services.

You will be working in a multi‑cultural and cross‑organizational team including members from all Aeven locations. Your ability to motivate people and build team spirit across team members with multiple priorities is key.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a focal point for various stakeholders across the Aeven organization, ensuring seamless alignment in implementing standardized approaches.
• Strategic Vision: Define and execute the strategic vision for our ServiceNow platform services, integrating industry best practices and regulatory landscapes.
• Team Dynamics: Work collaboratively in a multicultural, cross‑organizational team, fostering team spirit, and motivation among members dealing with multiple priorities.
• Innovation and Service Expansion: Identify opportunities for enhancing existing services and introducing new ones.
• Governance and Process Enhancement: Actively contribute to Aeven’s ongoing transformation. Bring a fresh perspective to refining procedures and ensuring alignment with industry standards.
