A legal firm in Dublin is seeking an experienced full-time Conveyancing Solicitor for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, and licensing. Responsibilities include managing both residential and commercial conveyancing files from initiation to completion, while meeting deadlines and handling a varied workload. Keans Solicitors are seeking an experienced full time Conveyancing Solicitor required for an immediate start in their city centre office.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, licensing and general practice;
  • Experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing to include title investigation on sales, purchases and remortgages;
  • Commercial conveyancing including commercial leases, purchases and sales;
  • The ideal candidate should be able to manage a varied caseload and take responsibility for files from initial instructions through to completion.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and to manage deadlines and competing priorities;
  • The ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.
  • Possess reliable time management, organisational and communication skills;
  • Have a professional and flexible approach;
