Job summary
A national health service in Ireland is looking for an Advanced Specialist Pharmacist for Cancer Services at Galway University Hospitals. This permanent position requires extensive clinical experience with haematology and oncology patients, along with strong skills in managing medication-related improvement projects. The role also demands proficiency in electronic patient information systems and pharmaceutical aseptic services. Qualifications
