Reporting directly to the Global Food Experience Manager, you will help define and execute a world-class culinary and hospitality strategy that is inclusive, sustainable, cost-effective, and aligned with Stripe’s values. This role isn’t just about managing meals; it’s about reimagining how food and hospitality can elevate the employee experience across our global offices.
As the Food Experience Manager, you will lead by example—balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership—and serve as one of Stripe’s subject matter experts for food and beverage operations. You will be responsible for executing program standards, managing key vendor relationships, and overseeing daily operations across a defined region or focus areas.

You will collaborate closely with Workplace teams, cross-functional partners and onsite vendors to create seamless experiences that reflect excellence, hospitality, and heart.
Seamlessly move between two worlds, supporting the day-to-day operations across EMEA and other regions as necessary (50%), while also helping to develop and drive global strategy for the Food Program (50%).

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €58,400 - €87,600. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
