Job summary
A growing technology and engineering company in Northern Ireland is seeking a Global Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time, permanent position. You will manage invoice processing, vendor relations, and create reports for management. Ideal candidates have previous accounts payable experience and strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Accounting Manager Job Duties Include:
- Invoice Processing & Payment Processing - Review and enter invoices into the accounting system and adhere to approval process.
- Vendor Relations - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and issue resolution.
- Reconciliation and Reporting - Generate AP reports for management, including aging reports.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to AP.
- Office Management - Coordinating logistics for office-based events for customers and colleagues, ordering office consumables and any other items required for smooth running of the office.
- Previous accounts payable experience
- Effective communication and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Strong IT Skills
