A leading travel loyalty company in London seeks an Integration Consultant to join their Technology Operations team. This role involves leading integration activities for APIs and identity services, ensuring reliable and efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in API integration and identity management, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly. Hybrid working is offered, requiring at least two days per week in the London office, allowing flexibility for remote work.
We’re the people behind global loyalty currency, Avios, and home to two ambitious, growing businesses across Loyalty and Holidays. Each business has its own goals, strategy and team, but collectively we share a purpose to create the world’s most rewarding experiences for our customers through loyalty programmes, new products and holidays.
We’re on a truly exciting journey of growth and transformation – we’re going places! This is where you come in.
Are you passionate about making complex systems work seamlessly together? We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Technology Operations team in London. In this role, you will be at the forefront of connecting partner and internal systems with our platform, ensuring integrations are secure, reliable, and optimised for efficiency. You will work across multiple projects, helping teams navigate technical challenges, implement best practice, and deliver solutions that directly support critical business operations.
This hands‑on, technical role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem‑solving and enjoys guiding development teams through complex integration scenarios. You will have the opportunity to influence how our APIs and identity services are used in practice, shape integration workflows, and create documentation and technical assets that drive consistency and reduce implementation challenges. Your work will have a tangible impact on how our platform operates and how partners and internal teams experience our services.
This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and ‘to do’ list.
You will lead and support integration activities across our identity and API services, working with internal and external teams to define requirements, advise on technical specifications, and ensure solutions are delivered consistently and effectively.
You will act as the technical point of contact for onboarding, enhancement, and migration projects, providing practical guidance and ensuring best practice throughout the integration lifecycle. You will create and maintain integration guides, documentation, and reusable technical assets to support smooth delivery and reduce recurring issues.
A key part of your role will be diagnosing and resolving integration issues, validating API and authentication workflows, and collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot complex problems. You will also keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry standards, sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability and improve integration practices.
If you think you have what it takes but don’t meet every single point above, please do still apply. We’d love to chat and see if you could be a great fit.
Our vision, ‘to create the world’s most rewarding experiences,’ applies not only to our customers but for our colleagues too. It’s about taking belonging seriously, actively fostering a culture where everyone feels welcomed and valued by embracing diverse identities, personal histories, and perspectives.
This commitment makes IAG Loyalty a rewarding place to work and enhances our ability to solve complex problems, drive innovation, and better serve our customers and communities.
Please let us know if we can make any reasonable adjustments to support your interview process with us.
