As a Senior Engineer (EUC), you will be a technical expert responsible for delivering engineering excellence across one or more technology domains providing deep technical insight. Day‑to‑day, you’ll lead the design, implementation and support of complex technology solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability and security.

• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development and integration into the team
• Performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high‑impact technical issues
• Taking ownership of technical deliverables and alignment with architectural and strategic standards
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining high‑quality documentation and knowledge repositories to support operations excellence
• Providing expertise in End User Computing

• Strong previous experience in designing and supporting VDI solutions using Citrix Virtual Apps
• The ability to integrate VDI platforms with identity services, conditional access policies and secure remote access solutions
• Previous experience automating software packaging, compliance enforcement and telemetry‑based remediation workflows
• In‑depth knowledge of endpoint security controls including BitLocker, Defender for Endpoint, Application Control and Data Loss Prevention
• Previous experience with enterprise‑wide device strategy across desktop, laptop, mobile and AV technologies
• Previous experience technically leading a team

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

This role is 37 hours per week based at any of our main UK locations. Shift patterns for this role are between 07:30 – 18:30 and you may be asked to work at specific times. You will be required to participate in an on‑call rota.
