Escalate complex issues where necessary and ensure follow-up with relevant internal and external parties.* Incident Management & Triage: Perform structured triage and root cause analysis. Maintain service quality standards through proper documentation and issue tracking. Project Delivery: Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of new application rollouts and enhancements. Manage specific workstreams or end-to-end projects under guidance from senior IT stakeholders.* Change Management: Support and implement major application change requests. Ensure minimal operational risk during deployment through careful testing and communication.* Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal business users to understand evolving local and regional needs. Maintain clear and professional communication with third-party vendors and support partners. The role will contribute to the execution of our European application strategy, as part of Solina's global IT organization.* Training & Documentation: Produce user guides, system documentation, and training materials.
