About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Data & Insights Manager to join our growing team! You will be a key part of our organisation, responsible for extracting actionable insights from field data to inform business decisions and shape strategies to maximise return on investment and drive success for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to data strategy development and utilise data to solve business challenges, driving continuous improvement.
- Analyse data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, increasing return on investment.
- Partner and collaborate with internal and external teams to gather requirements and provide data‑driven support.
- Develop and maintain customer‑focused reports and dashboards (Power BI, Pyramid, Excel).
- Work with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Pyramid.
- Manage master data, ensure data quality, and optimise data pipelines and processes.

- Strong data‑story‑telling ability.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying data‑led solutions to non‑data‑literate stakeholders.
- Strong relationship‑building skills to drive customer engagement.
- Problem‑solving skills – analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
- Curious mentality to conduct exploratory analysis and solve problems independently.
- Data strategy & implementation experience – defining and executing data strategies for business goals.
- Stakeholder collaboration – proven ability to work with senior leaders and operational teams.
- Project & team leadership – experience leading data projects and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
- Data visualisation expertise – understanding of Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
