Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role

As a Rooms Coordinator at Estelle Manor, you will play a pivotal role in enabling us to meet our guests’ needs and deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience. You’ll be the bridge between our front and back-of-house teams, acting as a key point of contact for Reception and Guest Services, while working in close coordination with Reservations, Housekeeping, and In Room Dining.

You will oversee back-office operations, ensuring that all departing guests are efficiently processed and that rooms for arriving guests are ready and prepared to our high standards. Your strong organisational skills and stakeholder management abilities will be essential in orchestrating smooth room turnovers and upholding our commitment to excellence.

In addition to your administrative duties, you’ll also step into a guest-facing role, assisting the Front of House team and building warm, confident connections with our guests and members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys the balance of operational administration while also being front and centre in a luxury hospitality environment.

Who we are looking for?
  • Prior front office experience within a luxury hotel or premium brand, ideally with Opera or Opera Cloud systems
  • A strong communicator comfortable engaging with colleagues, senior management, and guests
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and results‑driven
  • A positive, collaborative team player with a charismatic and confident presence
  • Comfortable managing behind‑the‑scenes logistics and stepping into guest‑facing moments with poise and professionalism
