Job summary
A major retailer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing the store and motivating your colleagues, especially during the Store Manager's absence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills. £36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme
