Qualifications

• Experience as a Department Manager, Shift/Warehouse Manager, or similar.
• Experience in large scale production/warehouse operations, ideally in Food Manufacturing.
• Ability to coach and improve team performance.
• Problem-solving skills for implementing process changes.
• Experience in managing budgets effectively.
• Strong leadership skills for engaging and developing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve KPIs and drive business performance.
• Coach and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers ensuring legal compliance.
• Accurately record and manage waste, OEE, and staff efficiency.
