Department: Store Support

Location: Head Office, Chelsea House

• Ensure all stocktakes are set up, variances investigated, adjustments processed and stocktakes confirmed and reported within agreed time frames.
• Investigate, record and report on RFID stock count issues.
• Maintain record keeping for the RFID team.
• Write simple procedures.
• Maintain RFID team systems.
• Support process efficiencies by highlighting and developing better ways of working.
• Support stores and business with inventory and RFID queries.
• Investigate stock system issues and propose corrective actions.
• Support development and implementation of current and future RFID programmes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations to complete weekly operational activities, including:
• Parcel compliance monitoring and reporting.
• Recall management and coordination.
• Off‑the‑floor list maintenance and updates.
• Re‑pricing support to ensure accuracy across stores.
• Customer promotions set‑up and execution checks.
• CEX weekly round‑up call (30‑minute cross‑functional meeting).
• Consumer price index tracking and reporting.
• Store list updates management.

• Systems and process oriented.
• Demonstrates good attention to detail.
• Great team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness for self‑improvement and to undertake self‑directed study.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to write clear procedures.
• Actively participates in group discussions.

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, numeracy and reasoning skills.
• Good problem‑solving, organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of RFID technology is a bonus.
