A global community support group in London is seeking a Community Manager to engage and grow their network of tech entrepreneurs and investors. This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in community or events management, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Excel. Responsibilities include curating guest lists, managing event operations, and creating community engagement materials. We’re looking for a Community Manager to join the Founders Forum Events team and play a key role in growing and engaging our community. This permanent role is for a mid-level individual who is eager to develop their skills in tech, events, and community management.
As a Community Manager, you will work closely with our community and events teams to engage with our network of tech entrepreneurs, founders, CEOs, and investors. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include researching new guests for the events you manage and curating guest lists, handling event communications such as invitations, managing our database and CRM (Salesforce), managing the community inbox, and overseeing community operations like guest registration. You’ll also be responsible for curating event marketing materials and reporting on guest data.
