At Charterhouse Square School we believe a happy and stimulating learning environment is fundamental to academic success. Students achieve exceptional academic results at 11+ from a broad and balanced curriculum, with a strong emphasis on numeracy and literacy but with ample time also dedicated to physical education and the arts.

About the Role

As a KS1 Class Teacher, you will ensure high‑quality teaching and learning for all pupils, supporting their academic, social and emotional development. You will also take responsibility for the pastoral care of your class, promote positive behaviour and safeguard pupils’ well‑being. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to the school’s extra‑curricular programme and participate in staff development initiatives. Collaboration is also key; you will work closely with colleagues, parents and external bodies to uphold the school’s ethos and values.
