As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a vital role in guiding, supporting, supervising, and/or line-managing both registered and non-registered Social Care professionals, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are consistently maintained.

Operating within relevant legal frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidance, this key position involves carrying out assessments, reviews, and support planning with individuals and their carers. The goal is to promote well-being, independence, and safety, while empowering people to identify their own needs and the outcomes they wish to achieve.

We are also proud to be part of the Social Care Future movement, working to transform adult social care so that everyone can live in a home they love, stay connected to what matters, and thrive within their community.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same—perfect for a compassionate, creative, and proactive social work professional who wants to make a meaningful difference!
