A domiciliary care provider in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist in the daily operations of the service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in domiciliary care and an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care. You'll be responsible for supervising care staff, building relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A competitive salary of £30,000-£33,000 is offered along with 28 days of annual leave and ongoing support from leadership.
I’m working with an established, private domiciliary care provider in Leamington Spa that’s looking for a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
